In line with the planning included in the project text, activities were carried out to ensure the quality of the project’s activities and results. Accordingly, the following arrangements were made:

Project Management Team

Under the coordination of Artvin Çoruh University, a Project Management Team was established. Regular monthly meetings were held to evaluate the project process, and the work and planning of the project partners were systematically monitored. The Project Management Team was formed  to establish effective communication with our project partners and to convey legal procedures, an email chain and a WhatsApp group were created.

Within the scope of the objectives of maintaining a healthy project implementation process, regular information was shared with the partners and payment transfers were delivered in installments. Sample forms were provided to the partners, and meetings were held regarding work schedules and the project budget, where the lump sum expenditure method was discussed. During the project kick-off meeting held in Turin, as well as in the online meetings organized beforehand, the budget and project management processes were explained in detail.

Furthermore, to ensure a systematic approach to the budget expenditures of our partners, the use of shared files was agreed upon, and these files were distributed to the partners.
